1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring consistent and smooth operation. 2.Monitor and manage store performance, including sales, profitability, and customer service standards 3. Implement and oversee store merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation. 4.Analyzesalesdata, identify trends, and develop action plans to drive sales and improve performance. 5.Report on store performance to senior management, including sales results, challenges, and opportunities. 6.Monitor costs and identify are as where efficiencies can be made without sacrificing service quality. 7. Plan and execute store openings, closings, or relocations, as needed. 8.Address and resolve customer complaints or issues that have been escalated beyond the store leave

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Ability to multi task and prioritize workload effectively
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Store profitability and cost control.
The oversea chain drinking restaurant industry experience
