รายละเอียดงาน
•Calculate short term and long term the capacity plans to ensure readiness for demand forecasts.
•Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure production
aligns with customer demands and timelines.
•Coordinate with the MC team (Material Control Team) and production to
ensure adequate materials are available for manufacturing.
•Coordinate with the Sales team and Production team to update the status of
production.
•Calculate workforce requirements for each production line based on UPH and
demand forecasts.
•Monitor and adjust the use of materials, production time, and output according to department KPIs.
•Utilize production management software (e.g., MES) to record and track production plans.
•Collaborate with teams (Engineer) to resolve issues when deviations from the plan occur.
•Prepare reports on production status, material inventory, and other relevant
manufacturing data.
•Ensure production meets PO achievement rate targets, delivery customer orders on time.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in industrial or related fields.
- Experienced in the Electronics industry or relate field 1-2 years above.
- Able to use Planning skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and solve critical issues
- Positive and responsible working attitude.
- Able to work 6 days/week. (Mon-Sat)

- Toeic 450-550
