รายละเอียดงาน
1. Generate new sales revenue from existing and potential customers or partners to expand our customer base.
2. Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
3. Understand the customers' supply chain need and develop consultative logistics solutions that address the customer's unique issues and goals.
4. Solidify customer relationships and close new businesses.
5. Sales forecast, planning and implementation.
6. Prepare competitive quotations and tailored recommendations to customers.
7. Build strong customer relationships and ensure the ongoing success and sustainability of the accounts.
8. Coordinate resources and collaborate throughout Company's network to sell multiple products and services.
9. Able to grasp industry trends in Trade, Regulatory and Market Intelligence information and communicate to customers
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree/Diploma in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of Logistic Business Development experience in Logistics Service Provider (LSP) with proven sales track record. We are looking for sales hunting type
- Have existing customer base on hand would be an advantage
- Result oriented and customer focused
- Proactive, aggressive, self-organized and hard working
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Experienced in business pitching and bidding process (RFQ)
- Able to implement project in the first start before handover to Operation manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
