รายละเอียดงาน• Order to Cash, the position is the primary point of contact for Retail, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and related BU support scope under CSC.
• Manage customers’ request/ inquiry and complaint via call/ email correspondence, including coordinating with cross functions to solve issues for customers in timely manner.
• Provide 1st level support/trouble shooting resolution for customers in related to self-help system and digital platform ex., mobile application, including loyalty program etc.
• Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of loyalty program operational/ back-office activities ex., Card Operation ex., Starcard request handling etc.
