รายละเอียดงานAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and performing the following tasks:
1.**Increase Unit Price per Customer**
- Delve into the needs of existing clients and propose new products and services
- Conduct consulting to contribute to the business growth of clients
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling and make effective proposals
**2.Improve Repeat Rate**
- Conduct continuous follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address client feedback and concerns
- Conduct post-project evaluations to analyze successes and areas for improvement.
- Hold regular meetings and check-ins to strengthen trust with clients
**3.Sales team management**
- Manage sales team and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, meet the client satisfaction and within scope
- Coordinate with sales executive, project manager, and admin
- Assign tasks, set priorities, solving problems that may occur between team and client
- Join and present in kick-off and monthly meetings with client
- Create plan to improve process and efficiency of work
