J Cubed Company Limited is a small company providing comprehensive IT services to our affiliated companies. We offer a wide range of solutions, including infrastructure management, cybersecurity, software support, and cloud services. By managing IT functions, we help our affiliates focus on their core business while ensuring robust and reliable technology environments.
Job Description & Responsibilities
•Lead IT Team: Provide direction, coaching, and professional development to a small IT team (8-10 persons), fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
•ERP Management: Oversee and manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems, with a focus on SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
•IT Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute IT strategies that align with company goals, ensuring that ERP systems and other technologies support business growth.
•IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and support of all hardware, software, and network systems, integrating them seamlessly with ERP platforms.
•Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness; oversee IT budget and expenditures.
•Problem Resolution: Act as the escalation point for technical issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
•Security & Compliance: Ensure that all IT operations, including ERP systems, adhere to security protocols and regulatory requirements.
•Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their technology and ERP needs, and develop solutions that improve business processes.

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with proven expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- ERP Knowledge: Strong experience managing and integrating ERP platforms with other business systems.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to mentor, motivate, and lead a team, fostering a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of IT systems, ERP platforms, network administration, and software management, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate technical language for non-technical staff and ensure ERP solutions are understood across the company.
- Problem Solving: Strong decision-making and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
