รายละเอียดงาน- Support training class preparation as training planned and aligned with Company competency.
- Prepare necessary data and making report and document submit to Department of Skill Development (DSD)
- Manage and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) as administration role to ensure data integrity.
- Facilitate and maintain the On-The-Job Training (OJT) process for new employees and related activities.
- Responsible for the payment process related to training and control service providers to ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Create online learning content for internal communication (i.e. e-learning VDO, infographics etc.)
- Support other HR jobs as supervisor assignment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Political Science, or other related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in HRD function or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point, VDO editing program and Learning
- Management System (LMS)
- Good interpersonal skills, Creative thinking, can-do attitude, interpersonal skills, service-minded and Team working
- Able to working on-site in Laemchabang, Chonburi
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer Literacy
