รายละเอียดงาน
- Handle all customer queries through the customer support system (e.g., tickets, live chat, phone calls)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the company’s products: identify opportunities to optimize customer experience to increase customer satisfaction
- Contact customers or escalate complaint cases to clients for issue resolution
- Follow up on customer pending issues/requests
- Create or update the FAQs to match the current user interface and procedures
- Perform any additional task about customer support, customer relationship management, and customer education, as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality, Diploma or higher degree.
- Minimum of 6 months - 1 year customer service experience will be advantage.
- Pleasant personality, service minded and can work well in team.
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred experience is a plus.
- Fluent communication of Thai, Mandarin (HSK 3 or above) and English.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-pressure environment. Able to perform well under pressure and respond well to an environment of constant change.
