รายละเอียดงาน1. Working at new department as a member with the other new member and existing Japanese advisor, including coordinate with Thai Factory Manager.
(1)To give technical advice and responsible for human resource development for factory engineering department members.
(2)To supervise and instruct Engineering Department in each factory, and follow-up progress of following items
- Cost (repair costs, utility costs, etc.)
- Tasks (cost reduction, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Energy saving
(3)To implement special engineering missions in cooperation with factory.
