รายละเอียดงาน
1.Receive and review master plan from PM,OE
2.Review and study for construction dwgs.&spec. to achieve the owner's target.
3.Collaborating with OE to issue an RFI for submission
4.Provide Initial Combine Dwgs.between STR.DWG.and AR.DWG.and co-ordinate MEP engineer for
generate FL. FRAMING PLAN SHOP DWG.especially vertical structure co-ordination alignment, top &
bottom levelling, boudary perimeter slab clearance ,stairs and other opennings.
5.Provide Initial Combine Dwgs.between STR.DWG.and AR.DWG.and co-ordinate MEP engineer for generate SLEEVES and BLOCK OUT FL. PLAN DWGS.
6.Provide Initial Combine Dwgs.between STR.DWG.and AR.DWG.and co-ordinate MEP engineer for generate CEILING COMBINE SHOP DWG.
7.Provide Initial Combine Dwgs.between STR.DWG.and AR.DWG.and co-ordinate MEP engineer for
generate WALLS AND FLOORS FINISHED TYPICAL DETAILS SHOP DWGS. As according to approved materials by collaborating with OE.
8.Provide STR.&AR. Small details SHOP DWGS.co-ordinate with ARCHITECT and MEP for combine elaborately.
9.Provide Cutting List dwgs.Report OE.
10.Supervision site junior draughtsmans team to solve combining technical problems on dwgs. efficiency.
Report OE.
11.Co-ordinate with MEP,Nominated Subcon, other Subcons about Sequence of Works for generate Construction methods and sequences by collaborating with OE.
12.Co-ordinate with CM/CSC to ensure the process of shopdwgs. Inspection is comply with the SHOP DWGS SCHEDULE submissions. Report OE.
Record submitted and Aproved Dwgs.status . Report OE.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in construction industry as Draftsman
- Preference to B.S. or B.A. in Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent experience
- Excellent CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop skills as well as excellent hand sketching abilities
- Comfortable working on-site in other provinces.
- 6 days / week
