Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the usage of ERP systems (Syteline) and warehouse management system (Infor), including various systems that support users within the organization.
Analyze detailed user requirements and implement them in the ERP system.
Conduct ERP software training and prepare software usage manuals.
Summarize information from various databases to support users.
Knowledge SQL Server and be proficient to writing query language.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Including supporting the use of various programs within the organization.
