-Monitors and analyses KPI’s (and KPI failure), provides recommendations based on analysis and facilitates KPI tracking and improvement / implementation of corrective action through close collaboration with site managers -Identifies opportunities and applies improvement methods (Process Analysis, Lean, Planning/Simulation and WMS/TMS) to a variety of processes and workflows (staff, equipment, capacity, productivity) in order to support cost-saving initiatives or operational efficiency improvement projects -Gathers and manipulates business data from a variety of sources and provides recommendations to business stakeholders for decision-making purposes in a timely and accurate manner Develops project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements and costs. -Provides detailed presentations to management as required to update on ongoing projects and initiatives. -Support operation and drive operation running well. -Operating under the quality management system (ISO) and CEVA HSSE standard correctly. -Deliver other duties and tasks as assigned. -Involve & support IMS System ( ISO 9001,14001,45001) and Security System/

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, Management or related fields
At least 1 year experienced in warehouse and logistics operations
Solid understanding and knowledge of Supply Chain Management
Ability to ensure compliance to procedures and practices
MS Office Program
English proficiency
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proven problem solving ability with a solutions orientation
Team building and motivation skills
Good analytical skill
Good negotiation skill
