รายละเอียดงาน
1. Support the implementation of the TMS module in the D365 project.
2. Responsible of maintaining the data in D365 TMS (Transport Management System) and ensuring the process are defined well.
3. Import: Machine, Spare part, Sample, Equipment, etc.
4. Export: Ceramic product, Sample, etc.
5. Quick response co-ordinate with courier, shipping Agency, freight forwarder for finish all JOB on time.
6. Control and maintain the KPI “on-time and in-full delivery” with SQCDP (Quality policy) follow company KPI.
7. Control operation of import and export through all the process from origin until arrive at destination.
8. Control accuracy of quantity and quantity of import / export
9. Control accuracy of waybill/BL, import entry, export entry, shipping mark, etc.
10.Control accuracy of all amounts in invoice for Shipping/Custom clearance and in AX Dynamic 365 system and
other system assign such as BOI, Max stock, Excel, etc.
11.Support and participate in customer service processing accurately and in a timely basis for Customers and inventory.
12. Support customer service for prioritizing critical projects and distribution of workloads.
13. Other assigned job from supervisor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in business administration in field of Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar field.
- 2 years in import and export, logistics experience.
- Experiences about truck load planning, warehouse planning, goods receiving plan or data analyze is preferred.
- Import-Export knowledge.
- Knowledge of AX Dynamic 365, SAP, MRP, BOI, Max stock, FTA form, D, E, JTEPA and H.S. code classification would be advantage.
- Computer skill, MS Office, Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Able to work with pressure.
- Teamwork Skill.
- Communication Skill.
