รายละเอียดงาน1) Serve assigned customers, identify potential new customers and develop new customer accounts.
2) Achieve sales targets and marketing objectives of the Company.
3) Prepare sales and marketing activities and pipeline forecast.
4) Coordinate and execute sales activities in line with company’s and management’s direction and goal.
5) Responsible for entire sales cycle of communication, quotation, ordering and ensuring payment collection.
6) Adhere to company policies on HR, discipline, and work ethics.
7) Advise and recommend good quality solutions to customers as and when required.
8) Develop relationships with customers to maximize the business. Identify cross selling touch points and proactively seek opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
9) Mentor junior sales personnel.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Education requirement: University degree in engineering related disciplines.
- More than 5 years of prior sales experience in the metal fabrication, petrochemical and offshore oil and gas segment is an advantage.
- Experience in selling welding and safety products to end-user customers is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Ability to travel regularly across provinces for customer visits. May be required on rare occasions to be out-station for a up to 1 week.
- Result oriented, dedicated and willing to be a team player.
- Must be independent and self-motivated with good experience in customer service.
- This role requires most of the time to be spent outside of the office with the customer >70% .
- Successful applicant will be entitled to a basic salary, mobile claim, commission incentive and transport claim package. Company location: Chonburi, Sriracha district
- 5 day work week.
