-Work as operation call center to accept phone call from stores regarding opened issue logs
-Call stores to ensure issue logs completely solved and closed
-Record received call details and summarize call report on a daily basis
-Work as service desk operator to review quality of issue log closure note
-Able to give advice to HO responsible team on quality of log closure note
-Continuous improve quality of log answered by responsible team
-Perform other tasks assigned by Manager
