Market Research Support:
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Help monitor trends and changes in the packaging and wooden material industries.
Support in Market Strategy:
- Assist in identifying key selling points for products and services.
- Contribute to developing strategic marketing plans and guidelines for sales and customer service.
Pricing and Margin Assistance:
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Financial Director to support pricing and margin analysis.
- Help in adjusting sales commissions and marketing budgets based on market analysis.
Sales Strategy and Monitoring:
- Assist in preparing and refining sales strategies.
- Monitor sales team activities to ensure they are meeting revenue targets within assigned customer segments.
Customer Relations Management:
- Support in developing customer relation strategies and ensure the customer service team is maintaining a positive customer journey.
- Act as a company representative to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain credibility.
Brand Awareness and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communication team to help execute public relations and branding initiatives.
- Assist in organizing events, media outreach, and CSR activities.
Team Supervision:
- Support in supervising the marketing team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and team members are performing effectively.
- Assist with workforce planning, training, and daily operations.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Assist in aligning activities with other departments to achieve shared company goals through OKRs, IDP, and KAIZEN activities.
ISO Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to ISO 14001:2015 system requirements as part of the company’s operations.
FSC System Compliance:
- Help in maintaining compliance with the FSC system requirements in production and sales processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- การศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาการตลาด ธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (การตลาด/การขาย/การกำหนดราคา) และอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไปในระดับผู้จัดการ
- ความสามารถด้านการทำงาน: มีความสามารถขั้นสูงในเครื่องมือทางการตลาดเชิงกลยุทธ์ มีประสบการณ์ด้านการกำหนดราคาและการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านคอมมิชชันจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความสามารถในการเป็นผู้นำ: ทำงานด้วยความตระหนักรู้ในตนเองสูง สามารถใจเย็นและมีความสุขเมื่อเผชิญกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงและความท้าทาย ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและทักษะด้านคนที่โดดเด่น (การทำงานร่วมกัน การฝึกอบรม การฝึกสอน การควบคุมดูแล การนำเสนอ การเจรจา) มีความคล่องตัว ความยืดหยุ่น ความสามัคคี และทัศนคติที่กระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้
