รายละเอียดงาน-Translate communication for Japanese and Thai people
-Translate documents/machine specifications/machine manuals/employee training reports/announcements/various forms
-Make quotations to send to customers/follow up on purchase orders/delivery notifications and coordinate with domestic and international customers
-Coordinate and respond to emails from domestic and international Customer Suppliers
-Contact to order products, report problems with incorrectly received products and follow up on other tasks with KEJ/MITANI/MITA
-Contact Shipping to clear imported goods and Packing/ship schedules/other related documents
-Make Invoices/Packing lists/AWB for selling products abroad and follow up on payment
-Contact the Immigration Bureau to make Visas/Work permits/Re-Entry/90-day reports
-Coordinate with condo owners to report foreign residences every time Japanese return to Thailand, including rental contracts
-Make meeting reports in case employees travel abroad/contact embassies to apply for visas for employees
-Contact to book hotels/golf courses/restaurants for Japanese employees and others as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - - Thai nationality
- - Age 27 to 30 years old
- - Female only
- - Experience 2 years work in Admin & Interpreter or related field.
- -Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- -Able to speaking and writing Japanese (N3, N2).
- -Able to speaking and writing English.
- -Have Ethical in responsibilities and possess judgment in translation.
- -Have meticulousness and delicacy in translation
- -Able to use Microsoft excel, word, power point well
- -Able to work overtime
