岗位职责、Jod Description： 1、全面负责项目管理工作，包括项目技术、进度、质量、安全、收款、合同履约、成本管控等。 Good control of project management including but not limited technical details ,progress ,quality ,safety ,payment status checking ,contract confirmation and cost control. 2、负责与甲方、监理、各交叉的沟通，做好统筹协调工作。 Daily communication with client ,landlord, on-site workers and make sure the daily work under good control 3、负责项目成本控制、进度控制、质量控制、安全生产、文明施工管理等工作。In charge of the cost control ,progress, quality control, safety ,civilization work on the site . 4、负责班组人员的选定、合同的签订及施工人员的管理、监督工作。 Good management of the on-site workers 5、做好项目各岗位人员的工作分工，对项目成员工作进行监督和把控。Good control of manpower , supervising and progress control. 6、完成领导交办的其他工作。 Handle jobs assigned by the company
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Good knowhow of interior decoration (office, hotel or retails stores preferred ( 3+_years of experience)
  2. Colleague Education, Majored in Construction or design
  3. Male preferred, under 35 years is preferred
  4. Good use of office software’s, CAD etc.
  5. Good experience project management
  6. Good Chinese use is preferred
  7. Driving lienee is a must
  8. No criminal record,
  9. Local Thailand people is preferred,
  10. Candidate from other country must have legal identity in Thailand
