TK LENSES, a niche lens rehousing service, is looking for a motivated HR Specialist (age 26 or younger) to join our small but passionate team. If you're eager to explore new ideas, support a collaborative culture, and work independently without micro-management, this is the role for you. Responsibilities:
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
  • Manage employee welfare, work rules, and policies in line with labor laws.
  • Implement strategies to create a positive work environment.
  • Assist in designing initiatives that enhance workplace culture and engagement.
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Work independently to manage HR tasks and general office duties.

    1. 1+ year of HR experience in a relevant role.
    2. Graduated in an HR-related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration).
    3. Age 26 or younger.
    4. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
    5. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
    6. Knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR practices.
    7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
