Soma Health seeks a proficient and experienced Wellness Nurse to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in the wellness industry, specifically skilled in the administration of stem cell therapy through IV (intravenous) and IM (intramuscular) methods. This role demands a professional capable of delivering top-tier care and understanding the distinctive nature of wellness and aesthetic treatments. Effective communication in English, Thai, and preferably Mandarin, is essential to offer personalized care to our diverse and international clientele. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. ให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยทั้งด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ ให้คำแนะนำในการดูแลสุขภาพ / Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, addressing both physical and mental health needs, and offer health care advice. 2. ประเมินสภาพและติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้ป่วย รวมถึงการเก็บข้อมูลทางการแพทย์เพื่อวางแผนการดูแลรักษาร่วมกับทีมแพทย์ / Assess patient conditions and monitor their progress, collecting medical data to develop care plans in collaboration with the medical team. 3. ตรวจสอบและติดตามผล แผนการรักษา รวมถึงการตรวจสอบสัญญาณชีพ การให้ยา และการดูแล ก่อนเเละหลังทำหัตถการต่าง ๆ / Monitor and evaluate the treatment plans, including checking vital signs, administering medication, and managing care before and after medical procedures. 4. ประสานงานกับแพทย์และบุคลากรทางการแพทย์อื่น ๆ ในการดูเเลผู้ป่วย / Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. 5. จัดทำบันทึกทางการแพทย์ของผู้ป่วยให้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง และทันเวลา / Accurately document medical records and patient care information in a timely manner. 6. ช่วยเหลือในกรณีฉุกเฉิน เช่น การทำ CPR หรือการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น / Assist in emergency situation 7. ตรวจสอบและดูแลอุปกรณ์การแพทย์ให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ รวมถึงการควบคุมมาตรฐานการทำความสะอาดและการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ. 8. ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย และการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ ตามมาตราฐาน standard precaution ในทุกขั้นตอนการทำงานภายในคลินิก.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Registered Nurse license with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the wellness industry, particularly adept in administering treatments via IV and IM injections.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in English and Thai is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to excellence in customer service.
Proven ability to function independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Deep commitment to upholding patient care standards and confidentiality.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet our clients' needs.
