Job Description (Short Version):
We are seeking an HR Recruitment and Development Manager to lead talent acquisition and employee development efforts while enhancing HR processes to support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will not only fill vacancies within 30 days but also ensure a high recruitment success rate by hiring the right cultural fit. They will drive performance engagement, act as a consultant for employees at all levels, resolve conflicts, and implement development programs that support career growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead recruitment efforts to ensure positions are filled within 30 days, with a focus on recruiting the right fit for the company's culture and values.
2. Develop and implement employee training programs focused on career advancement, skill enhancement, and performance engagement.
3. Serve as a consultant for employees at all levels—from workers to managers—providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
4. Investigate employee concerns or conflicts and provide effective solutions to promote a positive work environment.
5. Maintain a Happy Employee Index of 90% through proactive engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns.
6. Monitor and increase the probation success rate to 80% by ensuring effective onboarding and employee support during the probationary period.
7. Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and create tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Proven ability to fill vacancies within 30 days, while maintaining a high recruitment success rate by hiring the right fit.
- Experience in designing and executing training and development programs, with a focus on enhancing employee performance.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies, with a track record of high employee satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical skills to track recruitment metrics, monitor employee performance, and resolve HR-related issues.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with employees and management.
- Proficiency in HR software and data management tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Confidentiality: High level of discretion in handling sensitive information.
