รายละเอียดงาน
•Oversee assigned section(s) of the production floor including, but not limited to safety, manpower, machine & working condition, delivery, quality, productivities, cost, and etc.
•Ensure overall manufacturing output are well-planned, managed and aligned with the capacity and delivery targets.
•Managing in a high production volume and product mix environment with limited lead time to deliver outstanding products quality.
•Team management in their respective area.
•Develop and manage improvement projects as assigned to meet company’s target.
•Leading cross functional teams in improvement activities such as cost reduction/ Kaizen/QCC and other projects that maximize the capacity.
•Reporting and providing corrective action(s) in continuous improvement of any non-conforming product and/or process.
•Lead/implement 5s and Safety activities, which act as role model for production team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, preferably in Ceramic, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Material or other related fields
- 7 years of experience and above, with minimum 3 years in production control / project management with various improvement techniques including LEAN / KAIZEN / ISO / Six Sigma principles.
- Ability to manage complex issues/problems
- Excellent time management to ensure all assigned tasks are done on time and to expected requirements.
- Good understanding and knowledge of improvement processes and systems.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good presentation skills to different levels within the organization.
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Highly self-motivated and enjoy working under pressure.
- Good English communication skill, both in writing and speaking.
- Advanced Computer skill and knowledgeable of ERP system will be advantage.
