รายละเอียดงาน
- Oversee and lead a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to develop and optimize team capabilities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Create and execute sales plans, including setting quotas, establishing sales territories, and forecasting sales performance.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to achieve overall company goals.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male, 40-45 years old.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Work on Mon.-Fri. and Every other Saturday. [in probation working Mon.-Sat.]
