Job Responsibilities:
To ensure all the safety precautions are carried out properly. Along with this, this position is also responsible for other job duties as follows:
• Develop and execute SHE activities and budget plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of safety, health and environment.
• Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
• Conduct training and presentations for safety, health, environment matters and accident prevention
• Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
• Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle employee’s compensation claims
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
• Report on safety, health and environment awareness, issues and statistics
• Other job assigned by superior, and mentioned in all regulations, manuals
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Science Major Occupational Health, Safety or Environment or get the certification and license of Safety Professional Officer is still valid.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience safety job in manufacturing and familiar with Japanese working style will be a special consideration.
- You can register a professional officer with or have a professional license.
- Hometown or current address in Ayutthaya or nearby provinces is preferable.
- Expert knowledge about Safety, Environment, Health, Occupation and other related law and regulation. Understand the quality standard such as ISO 9001, 14000 and IATF16949 are required.
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills
- Ability of using various scientific rules and methods to solve problems
- Expert knowledge of safety system analysis and risk assessment
- Ability to detect and solve problems effectively
- Knowledge about the chemical compositions, structures, and other important properties of the chemical substances
- Ability to work effectively even under pressure, high learning agility and high sense of urgency.
- Expert time and project management skills
- Good computer and English communication skill.
