2. Formulate a recruitment plan, and be responsible for the implementation of the specific activities of the recruitment plan to ensure the smooth completion of the recruitment task, including resume search, interview selection, salary negotiation, entry tracking and other full processes;
3. Understand the company's employment law , independently complete interview screening and evaluation, and allocate suitable candidates for the team;
4. Collect problems in recruitment work and optimize recruitment systems and processes;
5. Evaluate the use of various channels, update and maintain the talent pool, resume backup talent selection plan and talent reserve mechanism;
6. Work closely with external recruitment service agencies to meet the company's talent needs, and be proficient in the use rules of various online recruitment channels.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources;
- More than 3 years of recruitment management experience, preferably with experience in manufacturing and headhunting
- Thai and Chinese can be used as working languages, preferably with overseas study or work experience
- Be proactive and responsible, have strong adaptability and internal and external communication skills, excellent interpersonal relationship management skills, and strong stress resistance
