Bidding Preparation:
Lead the preparation of bids for civil works in solar energy projects, including reviewing RFPs, developing bid strategies, and coordinating with internal teams (design, procurement, finance) to compile comprehensive bid submissions.
Cost Estimation:
Conduct detailed cost estimations for civil components of solar projects, including site preparation, foundations, roads, and drainage systems.
Project Analysis:
Analyze project specifications, risks, and requirements to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, clients, and external contractors to clarify requirements and resolve any bid-related issues.
Compliance:
Ensure all bids comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Documentation:
Maintain clear documentation of bid processes, including bid files, cost estimates, and related communication.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 5-8 years of experience in bidding for infrastructure projects or renewable energy, particularly solar farm projects.
- Proven experience in cost analysis and estimation for civil engineering projects within the energy industry, especially solar.
- Strong knowledge of civil design and construction for solar power plants.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple bidding projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering high-quality bids on time.
- Possess skills of Analytical thinking, problem- solving, Strategic Planning, Decision making and attention to detail
