•Manage and oversee our online stores on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Nocnoc and other relevant marketplaces. •Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer conversions. •Optimize product listings, promotional campaigns, and content for maximum engagement and sales. •Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns to attract new customers and increase sales. •Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions that resonate with our audience. •Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and optimizing advertising efforts for the highest ROI. •Stay up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends and technologies to ensure our competitive advantage. •Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment. •Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities. •Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. •Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance metrics.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in Website Marketplace, E-commerce online sales all platforms
  3. Strong knowledge of online advertising, social media marketing, and campaign optimization strategies.
  4. Experience in paid social media advertising, including boost posts and performance marketing.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and product listing optimization.
  7. Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager, with expertise in managing stores on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and other eCommerce platforms.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  9. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
  10. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, and other performance tracking software is a plus.
