รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for overall site operations including Production/Maintenance/Quality/Safety/Logistics etc.
coordination with existing section heads of Production/Engineering/Quality Management/WH & Logistics to achieve optimum teamwork and motivation and provide leadership to ensure effective utilization of plant personnel and equipment.
- Investigate and implement innovative manufacturing process that will help achieve organizational goals.
- Work with Plant Quality Management Team and Customer relations Manage and form and effective bridge to ensure Zero Complaint, high customer confidence and motivated Quality team ,ready to travel to customer locations
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree or higher in engineering of operations management,
- Ten of more years of experience in plant operations and minimum 15 years of overall working exp.
- Experience in plastic injection molding is most preferavvle, specifically PET
- Proven skills in leadership and supervision.
- Proficient in English and Thai speaking/writing skills
- Physically and mentally fit and Healthy to move around in plant and climb higher floors/ladders
