•Conducting candidate searches using a variety of sources such as online job boards, social media, and referrals.
•Screening resumes and applications to determine whether candidates meet our clients' requirements.
•Conducting initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
•Presenting qualified candidates to clients an coordinating interviews with them.
•Conducting reference and background checks on candidates when required.
•Negotiating offers and preparing employment contracts for successful candidates.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A deep understanding of the job market and industry trends.
- If you are passionate about recruitment and have the necessary qualifications and experience, we would love to hear from you.
