1.Develop and implement strategic trade marketing plans and promotion to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
2.Manage relationships with key retailers and distributors.
3.Analyze market data and consumer trends, and scout new opportunities for growth.
4.Craft compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, leveraging both traditional, key accounts and digital marketing channels.
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
6.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources for maximum impact.
7.Analyze market feedback and campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
8.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other marketing opportunities to bolster brand visibility and foster business relationships.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in trade marketing management, ideally within the food and beverage or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative thinker, with driving & tracking record of implementing creative marketing solutions.
- Fluent in both Thai and English, to cater to our diverse clientele and business needs.
- Willing and able to travel as required for market research and promotional events.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analysis
