Reviews 3D designs, engineering drawings, models, and/or samples for CNC machining operation. Creates CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam) to support Multi-Axial lathes and Creates and evaluates Die PM planning and process control. Design and create custom tooling and fixtures for machining and assembly. • Generate programs, tooling lists, cutting parameters, jigs & fixtures, run simulations and tests. Identifying and addressing problems. Supervising production. Estimating costs and timelines. Conducting research and applying new knowledge. Designing processes, materials, tools, and systems. Making improvements to existing processes, materials, etc. Implementing solutions and analysis Die problem to preventive M/T Coordinate with customer about new product Training other Die engineering personnel.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  2. A minimum of 3 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
  3. Proficient in CAD/CAM software, preferably Mastercam and SolidWorks. • Competent in creating/interpreting complex drawings and blueprint requirement, tool design and assembly. • Computer-literate, able to do effectively navigate and research information online/offline. • Detail-oriented and extremely efficient.
  4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
  5. Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
  6. Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
  7. Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
  8. Strong problem-solving,
  9. Good communication in English, and listening skills
  10. Can read drawing, Developing detailed designs.
  11. Experience in Project Management.
  12. Steadfast dedication to ethical codes of practice.
