Overview: We are looking for a person who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between our business and tech teams, helping to turn ideas into reality. By gathering and shaping the requirements needed to drive our products forward. You'll work with a supportive and collaborative team in a fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged, and every voice matters. Responsibilities: -Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the development team. -Assist in translating business needs into clear high-level requirements, detailed-requirements and workflows. -Work closely with cross-functional teams (Business, Technology, etc.) throughout the product lifecycle to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. -Contribute to project timelines, ensuring business objectives are understood and met. -Identify issues, analyze root causes, and collaborate with teams to propose effective solutions. -Maintain and prioritize the business requirements backlog, ensuring tasks are well-defined and actionable.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and support project delivery within tight timelines.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to ask insightful questions and communicate effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
