Specific Job Duties 1 Component Localization Certification Guidance 1.1.Provide detailed guidance on the TAI certification process and significant manufacturing process certifications, ensuring a smooth certification process. 1.2.Obtain and manage document lists, questionnaire lists, and work schedules required for TAI certification. 1.3.Collect and organize application documents, compiling them into Thai-language versions that meet TAI requirements to improve application efficiency. 1.4.Submit TAI certification applications to the TAI and continuously follow up on application progress, promptly addressing inquiries. 1.5.Coordinate and arrange factory audits, accompanying the AION team during audits to ensure successful factory audit. 2. RVC Application 2.1.Provide comprehensive advice and guidance on applying for a 40% localization rate certification for vehicles with the Thai Customs Department, ensuring the application process complies with regulations. 2.2Compile and provide AION with document lists, questionnaire lists, and detailed work schedules required for applying for a 40% localization rate, facilitating the orderly preparation of application materials. 2.3.Collect all necessary documents and information from AION, communicating and confirming details before compiling them into Thai-language application files that meet Customs Department requirements. 2.4.Officially submit the 40% localization rate application for vehicles to the Thai Customs Department and promptly report application progress to AION. 2.5.Maintain close contact with the Customs Department, clarifying and addressing inquiries related to the application, assisting AION in supplementing additional materials and information as necessary. 2.6.Closely track the approval process, promptly obtaining the 40% localization rate certificate for vehicles once approved, and ensuring its timely delivery to AION.
