- Directing and controlling all operations of the branch to align with Sime Darby’s Thailand Vision
- Implementation and management of the dealership strategic plan and direction to exceed the budgeted operating profit.
- Achieving principals and company’s targets and objectives.
- Regularly assessing the performance of each department and ensure that budgets are met.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and high customer retention rate.
- Develop positive relationship with principals.
- Compiling, evaluating, and analyzing management reports for head office on a regular basis.
- Introducing and implementing corrective measures to rectify any shortfalls in operating results.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least five years’ experience as a General Manager / Senior Manager / Branch Manager.
- A proven track record of managing people.
- Good communicator and strong negotiator.
- Willing to go extra mile for team, customers, and the business.
- Able to communicate well in English and Chinese.
