- Collaborate with Learning & Development, HR Information Center and Payroll to improvement HR Process
- Assist for Management to prepare job grade, company salary structures including Compensation and Benefit
- Review Job Description, Organization charts and support data for Company Structure
- Gathering Salary survey to support Salary structure, Performance Appraisal System
- Set up Company Welfare, Rule and Regulations
- Implement HR data analysis and findings to support Business Strategic plan (Production & Corporate)
