Location : Ratchada 29 (Near Kasemrad Hospital Prachachuen)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for software systems and ensure timely issue resolution.
* Investigate and diagnose system issues, providing solutions or escalating as needed.
* Work closely with development and IT teams to implement system updates.
* Monitor system performance and prevent potential issues by reviewing logs and metrics.
* Document system issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolution processes.
* Assist in system testing, updates, and user training.
* Coordinate with users to understand their needs and provide guidance or training.
* Collaborate with various teams to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
* Support continuous process improvements for related systems and procedures.
Preferred Skills:
* ITIL, Microsoft, or platform certifications.
* Experience with automation tools.
* Knowledge of networking and cloud environments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 3-5 years of experience in Application Support, IT Support, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of web, cloud, and enterprise software.
- Experience with databases and basic scripting skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Familiar with ticketing systems for managing support requests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
