Position: Procurement Officer
Days of working: Monday - Friday [08.30 am – 17.30 pm]
Contract type: Outsource by PRTR - 1 Year (Extension based on performance and Up to Permanent)
Objectives of this role
- Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests related to Procurement module and Purchasing activities.
- Coordinate internal users and suppliers for Purchase Order and Procurement related.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multiline phone system from Internal users and suppliers.
- Issue Purchase Order (PO) on behalf of Procurement team including support and provide a guideline to users related to procurement and payment system.
- Provide administrative support to leaders and team, including email correspondence with all related stakeholders.
- Maintain filing system, contract database, and inventory.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 2-5 years working experience related to admin function.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Can communicate in written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
