515 Victory is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement for our 95-key boutique hotel, Michelin-starred restaurant, event space, and art space. Our project serves as a vibrant community hangout that connects people with nature, the arts, and each other, with a design centered around sustainability and eco-friendly practices. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize the purchasing process for all departments, ensuring alignment with our commitment to sustainability and creativity. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure the best pricing and quality while prioritizing eco-friendly sourcing. • Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to ensure smooth operations across all areas. • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific needs and preferences, aligning purchases with operational goals and community initiatives. • Ensure compliance with sustainability practices and promote responsible sourcing throughout the procurement process. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 2 years’ experience
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and budget control.
Passion for sustainability and a commitment to fostering community connections.
Good spoken and written English and Thai.
