รายละเอียดงาน• To be responsible for checking and updating the Statistic (Mainly Import Statistic) to Management and Sales Team.
• To handle all documentation including Import & Export (Indirect) matter and local Sales in Domestic Thailand.
• To communicate with customers, forwarding company and any other related parties for the issues concerning deliver matter.
• To check the correctness of every shipping document (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AK Form, CO and Inspection Certificate) including L/C application.
• To issue Tax Invoice, Packing List, Billing and Delivery Order all in set and submit to Sales PIC & Sales Leaders.
• To ensure all documents are proceeded correctly and submitted to other parties on time.
• To liaise with the freight forwarder to conduct the order product has logistic end to end process both overseas and local freight forwarders.
• Response to issuing the Sales Transaction Tax Invoice, PO, and all related document.
• Compiling monthly Purchase Closing Record, Sales Closing Record & Sales Record.
• Liaise with the production team on the container loading schedule [in-bound / out-bound]
• To response for all Selling and production process in the ERP Systems.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer information in operation criteria (Address, Payment, PIC Updated, Information, etc.) to records by company standard template then submit to Sales PIC & Sales Leaders.
• Responses to registration for the new item in custom regulation chemical criteria.
• Supporting the Sales Team with other administrative tasks, if required.
• To prepare related reports as assigned by manager.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager
