• Recruitment, posting job advertisements - taking care of employee discipline and providing advice on various matters
• Preparing for training or activities, conducting pre- interview, conducting orientation for new employees
• Handling employee records
• Summarizing time attendance and preparing data for annual evaluation
• Taking care of employee welfare such as uniforms, social security, health insurance, etc.
• Handling general purchasing work / organizing and controlling stock stationary
• Taking care of building, housekeeper, security guard
• Providing and communicating news to employees
• Performing other tasks as assigned (Be Japanese Interpreter when the Interpreter is not available)

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Conversational
Workplace Area: Amata Nakon Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Sat : Depend on company schedule))
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 25-35 years
- Any gender
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
- At least 1 year experience as human resource role in manufacturing industry.
- Advance conversational low-middle level of English
- Able to communicate in Japanese (Must have JLPT N3)
- Learn quickly, solve immediate problems well, have good communication and coordination skills
- Have good interpersonal skills and can easily adapt to other people
- Knowledge of labor laws, social security, income tax
- Be able to use Microsoft Office program
