Objective of the Position:
Responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating logistics processes to ensure that the
transportation of goods is efficient and effective.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Logistics Planning:
Analyze transportation needs and plan appropriate delivery schedules.
Coordinate with transportation service providers to develop effective transportation plans.
2.Monitoring and Tracking:
Monitor the status of goods transportation and ensure compliance with timelines.
Prepare transportation reports and propose improvements to processes.
3.Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory management and relevant data recording.
Verify the accuracy of inventory and coordinate with the purchasing team.
4.Customer Relationship Management:
Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status and resolve any issues.
Gather customer feedback to improve services.
5.Compliance with Regulations:
Ensure that transportation and inventory management comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Participate in risk assessments and safety management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management will be considered a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems
- Can communicate in English very well
