รายละเอียดงาน- Provide full support to Company operations on technical computing including hardware and software applications, networking etc. to internal IT users such as trouble-shooting, analyzing, maintaining, etc. in order to proactively and effectively applies IT solution.
- Maintain IT Service Management process to be in compliance with IT Infrastructure Security, Information Protection, company's policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Support, assist and implement the IT related projects according to IT Service Improvement Plan, implementation of new software packages etc.
- Develop and implement standards, processes, and systems to manage change in infrastructure. Participate in a formal, global communications network.
- Ensuring that overall operation including System Enhancement, Maintenance and Correction are up to expectation of internal and external users
- Manage the team and provide IT support staff with advice.
