- Establish a database for costs, materials, and supply sources for the Fit-Out department in Thailand. - Establish and review unit cost rates for materials, equipment, and scope of work for contractors, suppliers, and vendors. - Provide advice on procurement, risk management, and cost-saving measures. - Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises. Identify cost-saving opportunities. - Advise on a range of legal and contractual issues based on Thailand’s requirements. - Preparation of contract documents template, including bills of quantities. - Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract. - Advise on any other matters for setting up new processes and SOPs related to QS.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Senior Quantity Surveyor preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field in Thailand is required for this position.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, initiative, independence, and proactivity.
Flair for numbers, strong analytical skills, and structured process thinking.
Sound knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and standards.
Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques.
