1.Coordinating, executing, and continually improving the overall activities and training plans for the company.
2.Collaborating with department heads to identify specific training requirements.
3.Developing comprehensive training programs that address identified needs.
4.Creating engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops.
5. Organizing and delivering training sessions, both on and off online.
6.Coordinating with external trainers and experts for specialized training.
7.Assessing the impact of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance metrics.
8. Making necessary adjustments to improve future training sessions.
9. Providing career development opportunities and pathways for employees.
10. Other activities related to employee engagement include welfare and benefit.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in HR, HRD, Business or another related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in training and development.
- Experience in insurance or on-line business will be an advantage.
- Experience in the new technology development and acquire the knowledge that relevant to area of responsibility will be an advantage
- Must be professional, self-motivated, inspiring to others, and have a positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work productively across various departments.
- Good writing and communication in English.
- TOEIC score 800 up.
