Tools Engineer

รายละเอียดงาน
1.Production tools planning, design and overseeing the manufacturing of tooling.
2. Designing tooling jigs and fixtures, for new models and includind process of welding , painting , engine assembly , motorcycle assemly
3.Utilizing SolidWorks, AutoCAD, to create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of tooling designs.
4.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure tooling designs meet product requirements and manufacturing standards.
5. Optimizing tooling designs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality improvement.
6. Issue the Bill of Quantities for new job order or new projects
7. Support team and manage job order request
8.Troubleshooting and resolving tooling-related issues during production.
9.Conducting continuous improvement on tooling to improve tooling design and cost down.
10.Support as a team member, take part in optimizing the machine and process.
11. Maintaining accurate documentation of tooling designs, modifications, and performance data.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tooling design within the Automotive industry.
- Proficient in 3D , 2D
- Strong knowledge of jig and fixture design principles and applications.
- In-depth understanding of Motocycle manufacturing processes and technologies will be advance.
- Experience with New Product Preparation in an Automotive and electronic manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Working knowledge of basic material properties
- Welding and machining skills
