Trainer
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in various technical skill areas.
Develop training materials and resources to enhance learning experiences.
Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Knowledge Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for training materials and resources.
Collaborate with trainers to ensure all content is up-to-date and accessible.
Implement knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote continuous learning within the organization.
Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist
Responsibilities:
Design and implement L&D programs aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as necessary.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Human Resources, or Engineering).
- Experience in training, knowledge management, or L&D roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Thai is a plus.
