Daily Sales Reporting: Generate daily sales reports for all online channels. - Accounts Receivable Verification: Conduct regular audits of customer accounts in SAP to identify outstanding balances. - Accounts Receivable Management: Provide regular updates on outstanding customer accounts to the Finance and Accounting department. - Promotional Compliance: Ensure promotional sales accuracy and verify supporting documentation for customer refunds as requested by the Online Customer Service team. - Tax Invoice Amendments: Manage and process customer requests for tax invoice corrections, coordinating with the Online Customer Service team. - This role focuses on managing sales reporting, ensuring financial accuracy, and handling customer-related finance adjustments.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Knowledge and experience in finance and accounting, particularly in generating sales reports and auditing accounts receivable.
Proficiency in using SAP systems or related accounting software.
Strong skills in managing accounts receivable and coordinating with various departments, such as Finance and Accounting.
Attention to detail in verifying promotional sales and amending financial documents, such as tax invoices.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
