-Implementation and operation of the management tool system Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicator and carry out KPI monitoring monitoring activities
-Act as change agent to identify business process that need to improve via Policy, Procedure and Work Instruction review
-Identify operation risk and provide risk mitigation for To Be process
Facilitate process owner to identify key and non-key business process of each business function
-Lead business process optimization via Policy, Procedure and Work Instruction create/review by apply process improvement tool
-Ensure Lean and standardize business process prior automate by system and complete process document to maintain the gain of process improvement
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Have basic knowledge in the ISO 9001 quality management system.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science/Engineering/Business Administration or other fields. related
- Have knowledge/expertise in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) and office equipment.
- Have good human relations Have systematic thinking
- Have knowledge Process Improvement or Business Transformation At least 3-5 Years
