1.Implementation and operation of the management tool system Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicator and carry out KPI monitoring monitoring activities
2.Act as change agent to identify business process that need to improve via Policy, Procedure and Work Instruction review
3.Identify operation risk and provide risk mitigation for To Be process
Facilitate process owner to identify key and non-key business process of each business function
4.Lead business process optimization via Policy, Procedure and Work Instruction create/review by apply process improvement tool
5.Ensure Lean and standardize business process prior automate by system and complete process document to maintain the gain of process improvement
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Have basic knowledge in the ISO 9001 quality management system.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science/Engineering/Business Administration or other fields. related
- Have knowledge/expertise in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) and office equipment.
- Have good human relations Have systematic thinking
- Have knowledge Process Improvement or Business Transformation At least 3-5 Years
