1. Assist in the planning and execution of daily operational activities.
2. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Assistant Project Coordination:
1. Support project management efforts by tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
2. Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations, for stakeholder review.
Communication Liaison:
1. Act as a primary point of contact between various departments, ensuring clear and timely communication.
2. Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Data Management:
1. Maintain and update operational databases and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
2. Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Process Improvement:
1. Proactively identify inefficiencies in current operations and propose solutions.
2. Participate in developing and implementing best practices for operational workflows.
Customer Support:
1. Assist in addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of service.
2. Gather customer feedback to inform operational improvements.
Task Responsibility
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing were required by Business Development and other parties, it a must to make self-available for work in different site office & different job tasks as per requested
• Develop and maintain relationship with the clients, key partners and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and support administrative tasks such as accommodation reservation, and monitoring for designee when mobilize and demobilize
• Support and coordinate company event such as Golf event, Job fair, outing activities and company party
• Assist to prepare quotation, CBD, and Term and Conditions of Service to country manager.
