รายละเอียดงาน1. To provide administrative support for office activities including internal & external
office work and to coordinate the documentation with the government offices and
Law Firm.
2. To provide office supplies which is kitchen utensils, stationeries, etc. and to control
the office petty cash .
3. To support staff immigrant documents application (e.g. visa, immigration, work
permit) and staff travelling.
4. To control & supervise the labor such as driver, security, cleaners and gardeners.
5. To manage staff attendance, leave, holidays, social security fund, etc.
6. To coordinate for all types of insurance matters (health, travel, vehicle, machine)
7. To support and arrange for the recruitment process (job announcement,
interviewing, etc.)
8. To optimize the operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and reduce costs.
9. To support the necessary tasks assigned by Head of department .
Work Relationship
All Customers/ shipping clearance agent/The Revenue Department ,
Subdistrict Administrative Organization ,Government authorities, Audit
and law firm
